Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

Processing Time:

Every piece of jewelry at Lynn & Fae Co. is crafted with care and attention to detail — which means your order is worth the wait.

  • Standard products: 1-3 business days
  • Customized products: 3-7 business days — each piece is individually handcrafted especially for you.

Orders enter production within 18 hours of being placed.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery begins once your order has been fully crafted and dispatched.

Delivery Times:

  • 🇺🇸 United States: 5-10 days standard / 4-7 days express
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 6-10 days standard / 4-6 days express
  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 6-8 days standard / 4-6 days express
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 5-10 days standard / 3-6 days express
  • 🌍 International: 7-11 days standard / 6-9 days express

Order Tracking: Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. 📦

RETURNS

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date.

We cover returns for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Wrong item sent
  • Incorrect size or color
  • Lost packages
  • Missing items from order

Important Return Exceptions:

Customized jewelry is non-returnable. Because every personalized piece is made specifically for you it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error was made on our part. If we made a mistake we will make it right. 💛

Bundle sets are non-returnable. All bundle set purchases are final sale.

Customer responsibility returns: If you change your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

How to Return:

  1. Email us at lynnandfaeco@gmail.com within 15 days
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach photos if item is damaged or defective
  4. We will review within 1-3 business days
  5. Once approved we will send return instructions

Refunds: Processed within 1 business day of return approval.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will replace, exchange or refund as quickly as possible. 💛

Items must be returned in original condition including all packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
