Lynn & Fae Co. operates this website to provide you with information about our products and to facilitate purchases. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
2. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible including colors, details and sizing. Please note that product images may appear larger than the actual item received. Lynn & Fae Co. is not liable for any perceived difference in size between product images and the physical item delivered
- Screen displays vary by device and we cannot guarantee your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person
- We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product
- All product measurements and specifications are listed on individual product pages where available and we encourage customers to review these details carefully before purchasing
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in US dollars
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
- We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing
- In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you accordingly
4. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete
- We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
- All transactions are processed securely through encrypted checkout
- Once an order is placed it goes immediately into production and cannot be modified or cancelled
- Lynn & Fae Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
5. Production & Shipping
Every piece of jewelry at Lynn & Fae Co. is crafted with care and attention to detail.
Production Time:
- Standard products: 1-3 business days
- Customized products: 3-7 business days
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Delivery begins once your order has been fully crafted and dispatched.
Delivery Times:
- United States: 5-10 days standard / 4-7 days express
- United Kingdom: 6-10 days standard / 4-6 days express
- Canada: 6-8 days standard / 4-6 days express
- Australia: 5-10 days standard / 3-6 days express
- International: 7-11 days standard / 6-9 days express
- Our products are fulfilled from multiple fulfillment centers internationally depending on the item
- Lynn & Fae Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or carrier issues beyond our control
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
6. Returns & Refunds
Return Window: 15 days from delivery date.
We cover returns for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Wrong item sent
- Incorrect size or color sent
- Lost packages
- Missing items from order
Important Exceptions:
Customized jewelry is non-returnable. Because every personalized piece is made specifically for you it cannot be returned or exchanged unless the error was made on our part. If we made a mistake we will make it right.
Bundle sets are non-returnable. All bundle set purchases are final sale.
Customer Responsibility Returns: If you return an item for personal reasons return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
How to Return: Email us at lynnandfaeco@gmail.com within 15 days with your order number, reason for return and photos if applicable. We will review within 1-3 business days and provide return instructions upon approval.
Refunds: Processed within 1 business day of return approval. Refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will replace, exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and designs are the property of Lynn & Fae Co. and are protected by copyright law
- You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website without our express written permission
- User generated content submitted to Lynn & Fae Co. including through The Fae Circle collaborator program grants Lynn & Fae Co. full rights to use that content for commercial purposes
8. The Fae Circle Collaborator Program
- Participation in The Fae Circle is subject to approval by Lynn & Fae Co.
- By submitting content as part of The Fae Circle you grant Lynn & Fae Co. unlimited rights to use your content across all marketing channels
- Lynn & Fae Co. reserves the right to terminate any collaborator relationship at any time
- Complimentary products sent to collaborators are non transferable and non exchangeable for cash
9. Limitation of Liability
- Lynn & Fae Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim
- We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from errors
10. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
