Do you offer free shipping? Yes!! Orders over $100 automatically qualify for FREE shipping at checkout. 🎉
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and typically arrive within 7-14 business days depending on your location. 📦
Can I track my order? Absolutely!! Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way. ✅
What if my order is lost or delayed? If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at lynnandfaeco@gmail.com and we'll investigate immediately and make it right. 💛
RETURNS
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. A restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return? Email us at lynnandfaeco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process. 💛
How does the refund work? Once we receive and inspect your returned item we'll process your refund minus a restocking fee and return shipping cost within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method. 💛
What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We're so sorry if that happens!! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lynnandfaeco@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we'll resolve it immediately. 💛
